3. Product description

The digital products sold on this site are downloadable guides, planners, and resources for personal, non-commercial use. Each product page describes the contents, format, and any system requirements. You are responsible for ensuring your device can open the file format provided.

4. Licence and restrictions

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use it for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, or share the file publicly. You may not use the content to create competing products or training materials without written permission.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding, guides, and materials on this site remain the property of Ayo Ajibola unless otherwise stated. Your purchase grants a licence to use the product; it does not transfer ownership.

6. Payment and billing

Payments for digital products are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe also acts as merchant of record on eligible transactions, which means Stripe handles tax calculation, collection and remittance, and transaction-level billing support, on our behalf. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and are never stored by us.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and may be presented in your local currency at checkout. Any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and added at checkout based on your location. A receipt is emailed to you automatically after payment.

7. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date by emailing us with your order receipt. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse this service. Prohibited conduct includes: unlawful use, fraud or spam, intellectual property infringement, interfering with the security or availability of the site, introducing malware, probing or scraping the site without permission, and any activity that harms other users or our business.

9. Account and accuracy

Where you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

10. Service level

We aim to keep the site and downloads available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or changes that affect availability.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or your account for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
